The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Georgia Chapter is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Colehower, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Manhattan Associates, to its Board of Trustees. In his new capacity, Mr. Colehower will join a group of fourteen fellow Trustees to provide strategic guidance, financial oversight and fundraising assistance for the organization.

Mr. Colehower joined Manhattan Associates from McKinsey & Company in 2009 and has responsibility for formulating and executing the Company's global marketing strategy. Mr. Colehower has over 15 years of supply chain experience in management consulting and applications software. At McKinsey & Company, Mr. Colehower managed strategic consulting engagements primarily in the areas of supply chain planning and process manufacturing. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Colehower was president and chief executive officer at Optiant in Boston, MA and vice president, Worldwide Applications Marketing at Oracle. Mr. Colehower began his career at Accenture. He received his MBA from Vanderbilt University and bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond.

Diagnosed in 2008, Mr. Colehower is a survivor of Hodgkin lymphoma and is looking forward to giving back to an organization which provided critical research and helped save his life. He currently resides in Buckhead with his wife and three daughters.

The Georgia Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, headquartered in Atlanta, helps those diagnosed with blood cancers throughout the state with financial and emotional support. With campaigns such as Team In Training, Light The Night, Man & Woman of the Year and Pennies for Patients, the organization raises more than $7 million each year to help fund its mission.

Currently, the Georgia Chapter funds $1.07 million towards research grants in multi-year agreement with Emory Winship Cancer Institute.
