MOSAIC Group Wins Remodeling Awards

Atlanta-based MOSAIC Group [Architects and Remodelers] won two Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards in a recent competition sponsored by the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. The categories were Residential Kitchen ($80,001-$120,000) and Residential Exterior Specialty. William Fadul and Rick Goldstein are the company owners.

An impartial panel of judges, who are experts within the industry and associated fields, selected winners based on each entrant’s “before and after” photography and project description. Place Your Bid On One of Buckhead's Most Exclusive Homes

The first Buckhead Tour of Homes, on October 10th, raised $7,500 in just four hours. Proceeds from this event will help provide year-round sports training and competition to 23,078 children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

This event showcased five of the affluent area’s most exclusive homes. More than 280 residents, traveling from as far as Douglasville and Macon, walked through homes including the “Pink Castle” on Pinestream Road near West Paces Ferry and a home reminiscent of The Sound of Music on Davis Drive near Northside Drive.

Potential home buyers should contact Beacham for more information about each of the homes on the market. Beacham Realtor Linda S. Williams, who helped organize the event, said the tour was a huge success in many ways. And the weather was perfect.

Loan Modification Could be Good, but Short Sale is Better says 1 Expert

With so much information and marketing dollars being spent on homeowners getting into Loan Modification programs which may keep you bogged in debt for years, take Marian's su
