City of Atlanta pools open Saturday | News

ATLANTA -- School is out for the summer and all of the City of Atlanta community pools will open at noon on Saturday.

"The City of Atlanta is helping kids beat the heat while being active and enjoying the great outdoors," said George Dusenbury, Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs. "Providing access to pools and spraygrounds is part of Mayor Reed's emphasis on providing positive activities and experiences for our youth."

Pools will be open on Sunday and Monday and will resume their normal hours on Tuesday. Admission to each pool is $4 for adults and $2 for children and seniors, daily. 

Children under 5 are admitted free of charge.
