Days earlier, parents at another prestigious Atlanta private school learned a janitor was videotaping students in the boys and girls bathrooms. Josh Ensley, who worked at the Paideia School, faces the same charges as Villemez plus producing child pornography.

Both men were charged in connection with the same international child pornography investigation. Federal court documents explain how the overseas investigation led straight to Atlanta.
In October 2010, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and foreign law enforcement began an investigation into an overseas movie production company that operated an Internet website and offered pornographic DVDs for sale.
According to criminal complaints, Villemez and Ensley purchased child pornography DVDs from the Canadian company's website. The complaints say packaged DVDs were transferred to a shipping facility in North Tonawanda, New York, where shipping labels were attached. The packages then were sent through the mail.
Shipping labels and business records recovered from a search at the North Tonawanda location led investigators to a number of addresses, including the homes of Villemez and Ensley.
The documents say Villemez placed 11 separate orders from the company that were shipped to his Smyrna address. Ensley made 39 separate orders, according to the complaints, that were shipped to his home in Tucker.
There is no indication in the documents that Villemez and Ensley knew each other.
The U.S. Postal Inspection Service referred questions to the U.S. Attorney's office in Atlanta. They declined an interview and wouldn't say if the investigation goes any further or whether more arrests are expected.
