2010 Chastain Horse Park Rodeo, tomorrow 4-6 p.m.

This isn't Buckhead’s first rodeo, it's Buckhead's only rodeo and it happens this weekend. Join the people at Chastain Horse Park (4371 Powers Ferry Road, Atlanta) on Saturday, October 23, 2010, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. for a historic rodeo experience.

The Chastain Horse Park, originally Buckhead stables, occupies 13 acres of the City of Atlanta's Troy Chastain Memorial Park. Revived by Amy C. Lance in 1997, this park serves as a nonprofit equestrian facility, which services the community through therapeutic programs for students with mental or physical disabilities, programs for children from the inner-city and children at-risk, boarding services and riding lessons for the general public.

This weekend's rodeo will offer: Steer Wrestling, Barrel Racing, Bull Riding, Team Roping, Rodeo Clown Entertainment, fun and games. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for children aged 5-11 and free for children 4 and under.
