THE 19TH HOLE MAGAZINE, golf’s most fashionable lifestyle and luxury magazine, partners with Mercedes-Benz of Augusta to present Masters of Style, a celebration of the 75th Anniversary of The Masters. Located just minutes from Augusta National, the Mercedes-Benz of Augusta showroom will be the host of THE 19TH HOLE MAGAZINE’S first Masters inspired cocktail reception and fashion show for golfers, Mercedes-Benz car enthusiasts and visitors attending the 75th Masters. The reception tee’s off on Friday, April 8, 2011, from 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M., 3061 Washington Road, Augusta, GA 30907.

Since its inception in 1934, The Masters remains golf’s most prestigious tournament revered by golf enthusiasts all over the world and attracts the top athletes and celebrities. THE 19TH HOLE MAGAZINE and Mercedes-Benz of Augusta not only celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Masters, but also the evolution of golf as a fashion-forward, 21st century lifestyle sport.

“The Mercedes-Benz innovative brand and state-of-the art showroom, presents a global forum during the Masters for The 19th Hole Magazine to showcase its mission of fusing the world of golf traditions with modern luxury, and a fashionable lifestyle, one that also appeals to today’s women and new players,” said Ian Paul Lawrence, The 19th Hole Magazine’s Founder and Publisher.

The highlight of the event is a Spring 2011 Golf Fashion preview, featuring a colorful collection of golf and resort apparel from the world's leading brands. Golf4Her online retailer will sponsor fashions and accessories by Loudmouth, Fila Golf, Abacus, Druh Belts, and Gems Putter. Other golf lifestyle fashion sponsors are Callaway Golf, J. Lindeberg, Lambda Omega, Sunice Golf, The Hunt Club Clothiers and Mercura Sunglasses. “This will mark an important milestone in the golf world, especially to see how golf wear has evolved in 75 years. “I believe that the Masters of Style Event will be a great addition to our Masters Golf Week,” said Joseph R. Byrd, manager of Mercedes-Benz of Augusta. Guests will include professional athletes and celebrities; Mercedes-Benz preferred customers, local golf pros and club members. Attendees will have a chance to win luxury prizes for the longest putt. A percentage of proceeds will be donated to support the relief efforts in Japan.
